Ingredients: Organic Burdock root, organic sheep sorrel herb, organic slippery elm bark, organic turkey rhubarb root.

Directions: 1. boil 1 gallon of distilled water in stainless steel pot

                  2. stir 4oz of the herbs in the water, cover pot for 10 min

                  3. Remove from heat and stir. cover with lid and let it sit for 12 hours 

           4. stir after 12 hours and bring it back to boil.remove from heat

                   5. strain through a fine mesh colander into a dark glass bottle w/ cap

                   6. mixture will stay fresh 2-3 weeks if refrigerated

                   7. drink 4fl oz daily on an empty stomach, preferably before bed.
